CMCA Rallies

 

The Club conducts two Rallies per year, one National and one Anniversary. In April we celebrate the Club's formation at the Anniversary Rally, and at the National Rally in October we hold the Club’s Annual General Meeting, and take reports on Club activities and sub-committees. Both Rallies have special interest group activities, the Poets' Breakfast, seminars, trade stands, market stalls and entertainment.

The first National Rally was held in October 1986, in conjunction with the Sydney Motor Show, at the Sydney Showground. Some 40 vehicles drove in procession and parked in display formation for the public to inspect. In May 1987, at the first Anniversary Rally at Swansea, 150kms north of Sydney, 61 vehicles checked into the Swansea Gardens Tourist Park.

CMCA's National and Anniversary Birthday Rallies now attract over 1,000 vehicles.
