Dansk AutoCamper Forening - the Danish Club site has an English language link, thank goodness... and it's a good expanation of who they are and how they operate. "In 1986 Dansk AutoCamper Forening was founded.
DACF is a club for Autocaravaners. In the beginning we were approx. 50 members, and since then we have expanded to approx. 750 members, who is spread all over Denmark and some in other countries. DACF purpose is to work for better conditions and possibilities for autocaravaners in Denmark, such as making Ferry-agreements, finding new Sites for Autocaravaners, contacting authorities so on. We publish a club-magazine called “Autocamperen” 6 times a year.
We have a co-operation with the Scandinavian clubs, a connection called “Nordisk Motor Caravan” (NMC), where five autocaravan clubs in Scandinavian work together for the same agendas as we do in Denmark, but on the Scandinavian level. We also work together with other European clubs, such as “Reisemobilunion” (RU) Germany.

All around the country, from the southern shores of Bornholm to the northernmost tip of Jutland, there are numerous swimming opportunities along sandy strands. Denmark also has over 7300km of coastline and hundreds of islands. You can go to the beach at the daytime but staying overnight is not a loved.

If you want to park/stay overnight at alternative places, please make sure that there are no prohibitions by signs or police regulations. According to the Ministry of Traffic is not prohibited to make one single stay overnight in connection with parking, if not otherwise indicated by signs or local regulations. If the activity, however, looks like camping, it will be against the legislation. DACF defines parking as follows: Parking is placing the vehicle an four wheels with all activity within the vehicle. If you use tables, a chair etc on parking places it is Camping!!"!
