Port Huon is a pretty town located on the Huon River, just north of Geeveston. Logging is an important industry to the area, and the nearby Tahune Air Walk is a must see. The RV facility at Shipwrights Point, on absolute water front is just the place to stay. Port Huon is spread along the Huon Highway, which closely follows the Huon River. The town has a marina, local store, community sports centre as well as the old port complex on the north side of Hospital Bay. Sit back and relax in this picturesque riverside town.
