Duaringa is a small town on the Capricorn Highway, east of Blackwater. The town is the oldest in the Shire with buildings dating back to the 1860’s. The VIC has a range of local arts and crafts for sale and plenty of information to offer on the history and attractions of the town. Mackenzie Park is the centre point of Duaringa, with a waterfall that is lit up at night. Camping areas are available with electric barbeques and hot showers. Enjoy a night or two in Duaringa.
