Conargo is a small rural town located in the Riverina region of NSW, 191 kilometres from Griffith. It is situated on the Billabong Creek, a tributary of the Murrumbidgee River, and is surrounded by sheep stations.

Conargo is a good destination for people travelling the Cobbs Highway, Long Paddock touring route. The Conargo pub is a popular attraction especially for people attending the local ute musters.

Markets are held at the Pretty Pines Recreational Reserve and wine tasting is available from Clancy’s. Visitors will find meals and fuel available in town as well as potable water and a Dump Point.
