(Note: The Club's Insurance Scheme is available only to financial members of CMCA. Non-members cannot take out insurance cover or receive an official quotation until they are financial members of CMCA, however we are happy to give non-members an approximate cost of insuring their vehicle prior to joining the Club).

The CMCA Insurance Scheme provides the following insurable benefits specifically for campervans and motorhomes:

  • loss or damage to vehicle incl accessories, fittings and/or appliances anywhere in Australia
  • broken windscreen cover
  • towing and storage cover as a result of accident or mechanical breakdown - (24 hour service)
  • hire of replacement vehcile if your vehicle is stolen
  • Third Party Property damage cover for $20,000,000
  • up to $500 emergency repairs cover whilst vehicle is being repaired after accident or loss
  • repatriation costs to return to family home after major accident
  • alternative accomodation cover while vehicle is being repaired after accident or loss
  • cover for rental vehicle if repairs exceed 3 days from commencement of repairs
  • cover for your tinnies and inflatable dinghies up to 4 m in length
  • automatic $2,000 Contents and personal Belongings cover (additional cover can be purchased)
  • exclusive CMCA medical Assistance package which includes emergency retrieval facilitiy for both the insured and/or their vehicle plus an Emergency Medical Advice facility (24 hour service)
  • coverage for second vehicle if required
